 Producing oxygen industrially is not very difficult. An abandance of raw materials for oxygen producing is available in air and water. From air oxygen should be seperate from other elements which can be done through a complex mechanical process. If water is electrolysis then oxygen seperates from hydrogen and preserved both.

 Water is very essential compound in world. No plants and animals can survive without water. Chemically water composed with two elements both are gaseous in nature. Hydrogen and Oxygen are two molecules that composed water. Two hydrogen molecule bind with one Oxygen molecule and form v shaped water molecule.
